[Software solutions] Business Development Manager/ sale executive


Job Descriptions:

We are looking for people with strong customer focus and proven successful sales exceeding the
business goals and objectives of the company:
– Create new sales into target sectors.
– Develop new sales into new sectors.
– Independently deal sales process from the beginning to the end
– Sell assigned solutions for customers within and outside Vietnam
– Handle suspects and prospects from different sources and actively expend network
– Identify and qualify suspects / prospects to get customers’ necessary information and to arrange
meetings to clarify their requirements.
– Together with Professional Services Team, analyze customers’ requirements to work out proposed
solutions and to arrange demonstrations to customers.
– Prepare quotations and proposals for proposed solutions after meetings/ demonstrations.
– Co-ordinate with the Customer Services Team to address contracts to customers if they agree with our
– Negotiate on prices/terms & conditions/etc., finalize and close deals.
– Fulfill a personal sales target (monthly/quarterly/yearly) set by the General Director.
– Make KPI report in a regular basis directly to the General Director

Job Requirement

* Essential Skills:

– Ability to effectively communicate information/ideas, both verbally and in writing (includes advanced
skills in reading comprehension, grammar, spelling, and vocabulary)
– Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English fluently (IELTS 6.5/ TOEFL iBT 93/ TOEIC 800 or
– Polished in presentation and comfortable presenting to an audience of multiple senior stakeholders
– Ability to manage entire sales cycle from prospecting, calling, meeting, conducting needs analysis,
solution selling, negotiating, and closing the deal
– Ability to report, forecast, and manage a large sales pipeline
– Effective organizational and time-management skills
– Effective presentation and selling skills, primarily via telephone
– Interpersonal skills
– Leadership skills
– Problem-solving skills

* Work Experience:

– At least three years’ successful experience in selling software solutions
– Experience in Accounting software is a plus

* Education:

– University Degree
– Knowledge of Accounting is a plus
